Terrible customer service! I went in last week to spend a gift card. I spent close to half an hour finding what I wanted. I get up to register only to be told that they couldnt process gift cards that day. They then pointed to tiny sign on counter that stated this. Why wasnt that listed BIG on the door? Why didnt they offer something (i.e. coupon, free shipping online, etc. ) to help make it better? I emailed company that night regarding the terrible service. Its been over a week and Ive heard nothing!

This location has horrible customer service. I made an online purchase with ship to the store pick up. I called the store after 5 days they said my order was not in, to call back tomorrow. Needless to say 12 days went by, and my order had been sitting at the store . Noone one called me and numerous attempts to check on my order I was told it was not in. Only to find out it was. Would not recommend this location.

I agree, horrible customer service. But when you need Royals shorts and its really the only place in the Northland, what are you gonna do. They should have to take customer service skills class or something. If you take a job working with/for the public you should WANT to be there and be polite.

I was previously in this store for a customized jersey. An employee named Erika helped me through the process of getting my sons name put on a jersey for his birthday. Erika was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I will definetly be shopping there again!

Rally House and Kansas Sampler are expensive, but they carry the best variety of sports products that you can never find at the big box stores. Also, theyre great at hosting KC athletes so fans can meet players and receive autographs.

Wow, what a great experience I had at this store! The staff was excellent, an employee named Allie helped me find the perfect Chiefs shirt for a game. Definitely will be doing all of my future shopping here!

Pricey team memorabilia from majors down to local school selection. Anything from newborn up size wise. The staff was really helpful with finding the right size and jersey.
