Went in to EB today since there was a 30% off sale and I needed a parka. Have to be honest that I am not a consistent shopper at EB, but have always loved their clothes and know they are good quality. Have to rave about the excellent service that I got today. A lady greeted me asking if I needed help and I replied saying that I needed a parka. She walked me to the section and helped as I tried many jackets on. She was very polite, patient and personable (wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shout out). I felt bad that she had to unzip and re-zip every jacket I tried on, but she was wonderful and make the experience great. Most of the time I would have left and shopped at other places to compare quality and prices, but given that she was so easy to work with I went ahead and purchased. Solid experience.
