Why have two different locations and never have open the downtown location open? Stopped by this morning to see open lights flashing try THREE different doors, none open. Call to have a gentleman tell me "Oh sorry nope its not open"

Just spent $12 on Uber fees to get here and I concur with other comments. Dont have your open signs flashing and your hours online as being open, if you are not.
