I really like Eddie Bauer, but the employee who helped us was incredibly rude and arrogant. The website clearly says if you are not happy with a product you can return them. Patricia doesnt agree with that. She says its only manufacturing defects, but the website says that no where. She told my husband to just throw away one pair of pants, because they didnt qualify. She needs to work somewhere else if she is not committed to holding the standards of Eddie Bauer.

Eddie is always a good place to shop for outdoor gear and for warm clothes for the few weeks ok cold weather in Texas. All the EB items I have purchased last several years. So the price is justified
