I would give them a 5 star review based on prior visits, or a 1 star review based on a recent visit. It all depends on who is helping you. Previous visits were great. The staff asked me questions about my running, analysed my gait, measured my foot and told me I should have a running shoe a half size larger than my street shoes. I ended up with a great pair of Mizunos that I loved. In a recent visit, I got a young guy who didnt even measure my foot! He just asked my size and grabbed four pairs of shoes from that back and let me try them on. I tought I was at Foot Locker! I ended up with a pair that was too small, and I had to reutrn them. When I did return them, I got great customer service! They even found a pair that was last years style and saved me some money. So the moral is: their customer service is great, if you get the right person. Update: I changed my review because Ive gotten great customer service all the other times Ive gone in to Peak. I bought an item and when I looked at it later, there was a piece missing. Took it back and they found a replacement piece at no charge. Wonderful store!

Whether youre a runner or a walker (like me), Peak Performance is the place to go for the best advice and outstanding customer service. The sales staff has the expertise to fit any runner or walker with the shoe that works best. And if youre looking for advice on how to train for a full or half marathon, the sales associates at Peak can be a great resource. I tell all my friends to go to Peak Performance. You should, too.

I was suffering from Plantar Factitious and visited Peak Performance. Nick spent a long time with me. In the end I bought 2 pairs of shoes, an insert and a compression sock. The best thing, I walked out with a compression sock on my foot and immediately my foot was feeling better. He also showed me exercises to help my plantar. I cannot say enough good things about this store and their personnel. Great job!

I had never been to this location before the other day and was mostly popping in just to see it and ended up getting an encyclopedia of useful knowledge from Tim about local trails, local races, volunteer events, running tips, and more. If you are looking for more than just a pair of shoes, you can find a staple of the Omaha running community at Peak Performance.

Staff provided excellent service. Very hole-in-the-wall facade, but I promise these guys know what theyre doing. They will actually walk you through the steps to finding a comfortable pair of shoes. Prices arent bad, but they are expensive shoes that they sell. Worth it in my case, but your mileage may vary.

Really enjoy working with the store and staff. They always recommend great shoes & apparel for me and I like shopping from the local stores whenever possible. Ive been using a similar style to the Mizunos they first recommended for me several years back and really love them.

These friendly folks know what theyre talking about. I used to buy running shoes from the brand stores and would get a bad pair every now and then. Not anymore. I make a point of shopping at Peak Performance when I return to Omaha a couple of times a year.
