Poor customer service!!! I was the first and only customer into the store, arrived right when it opened. Based on my count, there were at least 4 employees working. I was looking for a particular short that I saw online and browsed around the entire store, was never asked if I needed help by anyone. I gave up looking, ended up selecting a scarf for a present, brought it to the counter to check out and waited for a long time before anyone came to help me check out. I was tempted to just walk out. Keep in mind there were two employees directly behind me. Not one of them even acknowledged that they would help me. They just kept straightening yoga pants on the front table. Then to top off everything, there was a small trampoline next to the register that my 3 yr old climbed on. I told her I didnt want her on there and she needed to get down and what does an employee do.... She encourages her to do it by asking "how high can you jump" Hello, did you not just hear me asking her to get down?!?! How about you stop encouraging my 3 yr old to behave poorly and check me out at the register so I can leave. Heres the sad thing from all of this, if I would have been properly helped, I would have probably spent a lot more money while I was in there. But since I was ignored, Ill just have to continue to purchase my clothing online.

I walked in on what seemed to be a busy Saturday afternoon. While looking at their briefs a sales rep walked up to me and asked how she could help. I mentioned to her that Ive had problems finding boxer briefs that dont ride up my quads and immediately she blurts out "thats too much information". At first I thought she was only joking and mentioned thats why I am here but she kept talking as if it was inappropriate that I brought it up. She even started to laugh and recommended I speak to one of their male sales reps. The way she came after embarrassed me a bit. I dont think my question or comments were at all "tmi" given they fact they were relevant to one of their products. Her lack of professionalism is reason why I immediately walked out without making a purchase.
