The store was really cool. I actually loved a lot of the stuff they have and got really excited about shopping there. I purchased a vinyl by The Smiths, and as I was purchasing the manager suggested another place nearby that had a lot of good vinyl for really cheap. I found the vinyl there cheaper the next day, so I went back to exchange the one I purchased from V-Stock. I was going to exchange it for a couple of Disney characters so it would be an even exchange, but then I was told that they would not take back the UNOPENED vinyl that I purchased THE NIGHT BEFORE, in exchange for the characters. I have never been so pissed in my life, and will never shop there again. You would think that they would take care of the return customers that want to purchase items from them, instead of treating them like a prostitute that they just need for the night. They could have taken it back if they wanted to, but chose not to. Thanks for nothing. Ill be sure to spend my money somewhere else.

Rudest service I have ever gotten anywhere. Never call to ask if they have something in stock unless you want to feel like you are worthless. Apparently, it isnt part of their job to be polite to the customer. There is one guy in particular that is extremely rude every time. If I remembered his name I would complain to management about him. He doesnt deserve a job if he cant even fake manners. To show you how much I hate this guy, I have never even written an online review before. Go to the V-Stock in South County for polite customer service. This one doesnt deserve to be in business.

I didnt have the same experience that most of the other people seemed to. My family was happily greeted as soon as we walked in. Naturally, my kiddos went into overdrive, soaking in all of the super awesome stuff inside. I was asked if I needed any help, and when I said yes, I was escorted in a friendly manner to the item I was looking for. I had a great experience!!! Not a single hint of rudeness. Great customer service! I totally went in thinking it was going to be awful, because if all of the poor reviews. Yeah, not the case. We will be back!!!!!

Asolute ignorance of how to properly manage a store. I attempted to exchange a $20 figure that my son opened up already broken. We had all pieces and package and receipt. The manager denied any exchange. I lost it and had to leave trailing expletives before I gave the Fergunites another reason to protest.

So I pick up the phone and dial their number to see how much a game I am buying costs. Right when the other end picks up I get put on hold... Okay its just hold but they had lagging ads going on and on and on and on and I was on hold for 27 minutes and 12 seconds before hanging up. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!

Wow really? They have a vast selection but the rudest customer service agents. I do not appreciate these college aged guys talking about the chick they banged in Columbia over the weekend. So not coming back here. I do have other options Id rather go to. GO f- yourselves. kthanx bye

They have a truly impressive selection, but the customer service is absolutely horrible. I wish Id read the reviews before I went, then perhaps my level of expectation would have been below standard and it would have been a better experience. Honestly... hire better employees.

Wondered if Id have a bad experience based on reviews but it was pleasant. We only bought movies so Im not sure if the problem is just for game systems or not. Well definitely be back since it was fine and they have one of the best movie and tv show collections.

People dont go to chesterfield mall V Stock their rude they dont have manners for example like IF you want to buy something as a gift to someone than they wont accept refund IF your friend does not like the gift i wish i could have give 0 star for their manner.

I buy movies and games from here frequently (usually on weekends) and the staff is always great. Almost any movie you could ever want is in there and they always offer to help find it

I go there to buy manga, games, and CDs in great condition. They forgot to take off the security device one time though and it cracked the cover.
