I went to Slackers recently and bought some retro video games, one which did not work, however they gave me an exchange for it and they were fair about it.Even though the games where more pricy then if you where to buy them online, the games are right there and you can examine it before you buy it. If the game doesnt work, you can always exchange it for a different game of the same price, just be sure to keep the receipt. overall Slackers is not the best store, and is not the worst either, my rating is 3 stars

Employees at the counter were more interested in chatting with themselves than helping out the customers or even saying hello to them. Prices of the used games are ridiculously overpriced compared to not just used prices on eBay and Amazon, but another store in the mall itself (V-Stock). They have a good selection, however, but again, the prices are just too high in comparison.

Nice store. I go for magic and heroclix. My only complaint are the prices on magic singles, they are not up to date with current prices.

The customer service is atrocious. The selection isnt bad, but the staff couldnt give a damn and they are not afraid to show it.
