While I love that there is a store selling genuine arcade cabinets near me, Ive had numerous issues with whom I assume is the owner of the store. On two occasions Ive entered the store with high interest in purchasing a cabinet but each time I was told repeatedly that this was a store and not an arcade (keep in that I hadnt even touched a machine)but I let that go as I assume he does have to put up with allot of bratty kids and teens. However, recently I entered the store, cash in hand, ready to purchase a machine they had listed on their webpage. Upon asking the owner about the cabinet after realizing it was not in the store but had seen it on their webpage, I was told that I was lying about seeing it online (despite that I was showing him their webpage with the cabinet listed on my phone), was then told by the owner that he thought I was in the store "because I had nothing better to do" and lastly that if I want a cabinet, to save up and go to Craigslist.

Nice selection. We purchased an arcade and pinball in Dec 2011. Everything was delivered and setup as promised. Once the pinball was inspected, there was a lot that needed to be repaired. Not the "excellent shape" as stated by the store owner. The issue I have is they claim on their web-site and when purchased that they warranty their 60 in 1 arcade game. We have a defective cord that started malfunctioning within a week of delivery. I have called and left messages and sent email with no correspondence to date. After a month of trying to contact I gave up. Pros. Good selection, free delivery. Cons- Customer service, a bit pricy for condition of machines, not honoring warranty clearly advertised.

We purchased an arcade game from this store and the initial transaction went smoothly. However, the game has since stopped working. I was happy to pay for repairs as we were out of the warranty period. Weve made two separate appointments for someone to come out and fix the game and weve been stood up both times. Awful customer service. Were done.

Do not show up expecting this store to be open. Hours should be listed as "by appointment only." We came three times during "business hours," and all three times they were "out to lunch."
