They should hire some pregnant women or women who have kids, and some guys for the warehouse. At least a pregnant woman or Mom would understand how to talk to someone. They also bashed previous customers in front of us. Clearly they all hate pulling giant boxes from the warehouse. They could benefit from specific pickup days, where they are appropriately staffed to handle large items. They need to educate the customer about how products like cribs are shipped... It would most likely help their delivery sales, which would be an added benefit for them. As it stands, the whole process flow is very clunky. They botched our registry setup, too... and refused to correct it, so we have to save a bunch of receipts and basically manually keep track of everything the system should... And they wont just let us start fresh in the system. Oh btw... Were in the middle of being pregnant with our first child, so we dont want to be spending time QBing babies r us process.

Ive never been a big fan of the Babies R Us system (issues with registries and online orders) but that is not a good reflection of the management and employees at this particular store. I had issues ordering a monitor online and when I called up the store, the manager, Sandra, went above and beyond what was expected to make me a satisfied customer. Ive also been given superb help at the registry counter when the online system failed to keep track of registry purchases. I highly recommend working with the individuals at the store and not holding the faulty babies r us website against them!

I was skeptical at first when I saw this listed under restaurants on Google Places but I decided to try anyway. I have to say these are the best babies Ive ever had. Maybe its because the helicopter parents out here in West County can feed em so well! Unfortunately the wait staff was very inattentive and I had to pick out my own babies. I probably wont come back here again. *** Satire folks!! It really does show up on Google Places as a restaurant. ***

I bought the stroller my daughter in law had on her registry for my new grandson. Easy as pie. The young lady who waited on me was fabulous. She located what I wanted immediately, pulled down what had to be a heavy box, carried it to check out for us and then to my car outside. All done with a friendly smile. Very impressed.

We registered for our baby shower here and it was a wonderful experience. The lady who consulted with us was helpful and very friendly. She made first-time expecting parents feel comforted in a foreign world. I, also, love the cash back system they have if you register with them.

This address is wrong. DO NO go here expecting to see a Babies R Us. Somehow, the address and the actual location of this building, located on Chesterfield Industrial and Edison, are wrong. There is a Babies R Us in Chesterfield valley, and its located at 220 THF Blvd.

The selection is good, the registry benefits are great, but this place is insanely busy. They could easily triple the staff and still be busy. Might be time for a second and third location in the area.
