Called there info 800 customer service number asked about under bed storage I had bought at the Florissant MO store . Was advised do not carry the same style but might find under bed storage unit almost same at there store. Went into St. Peters store after driving 1 hour one way was informed only do not sell them only bedroom units . Must be why both male workers were standing around no customers in the store parking lot empty ? Will go Weekends Only better service.

Was greeted immediately with a warm welcome by Dennis. He was very patient with us as we tried every bed in the store about 30 times each. He was very knowledgeable, help point us in the right direction. The transaction was easy. There was no pressure to buy. Delivery was as expected. Very happy with my purchase.

Went in the St. Peters store to find a memory foam pillow. There were two gentlemen there to greet me at the door. One man, Dennis I believe, took me to the selection and was very knowledgeable about the products. I am very happy with the service I received and the product itself is fantastic.

They took really good care of a dear friend of mine. They switched out the bed many times ultimately giving him an upgrade with no additional cost. Im sitting here and hearing that he had the best nights sleep last night so good to go people! Good job guys

All warm and fuzzy when buying the izone bed but then they dont return emails when you have questions about the gel topper moving around. Then they call and offer free pillows in return for a fake 5 star review.
