Although the sales experience was fine (of course it was, they wanted my money), they cancelled my delivery for a later date & when we called back to ask if they could move the date up, the delivery department was less than congenial. I would think that a business would go the extra mile to communicate politely with their customers when it was their lack of planning that canceled the first delivery. Also that a rescheduled delivery date would be sooner rather than later. So how many balls were dropped between the sales transaction, making of the furniture, & delivery? I am severely disappointed & will not be recommending the business to anyone.

We bought a bedroom set and mattress set through this store and the service was great. Everything from purchase to delivery went great. Would recommend.

Horrible service. Workers hate their job and it shows. I bought a new matress and had to load it myself. Dont buy here
