Buyer Beware! Check your receipt because this store will add the "Pure Promise Protection" extended warranty without your consent! I went there with my mother to purchase over $1000 of furniture for her new home, which qualified for free shipping (a $199 value). After we left the store, I checked the receipt because the final amount did not sound correct. I noticed that the salesperson, Patty Kissel, had slipped in a $129 extended warranty fee, WITHOUT OUR CONSENT! It took 3 phone calls to VCF customer service to get this charge reversed. I guess the salespeople here think that people in West County are affluent and wont check their receipts. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS and dont fall for this bait-and-switch.

Im not sure which planet, these other people are on. My experience was excellent. Irvin was our sales person and did an amazing job. The team of consultants are friendly, customer service is helpful and I would most certainly return for future purchases and refer business to them 5 star + Note: Thise individuals who give a low rating should give a valid reason for there low scores. When there is not a reason, behind your rating, I would take that as cruel and dishonest!
