Great customer support. Have waited a few times when nobody was at the front but saw them helping another customer find something so I blame it on timing. We have used the grooming services on both our fury kids and super happy with them. Prices are comparable to local pricing.

Just moved to the area. I usually shop petsmart, but thought I would try petco out. Wow was I surprised, no one working to even help me....went to the front and no one was at check out. I got in my car and went to petsmart. Needs Tonis of work on customer service!

The employees here make the store. Ive taken classes under Elizabeth with my Mal, and she is just awesome. And Heather always provides excellent care for Luci and Maze while theyre there for grooming.

awful customer service. nobody would help me and the employees were extremely rude. i would not recommend this store to anyone. pet smart is a much better store with friendlier staff. GO TO PET SMART.
