Over the past three years or so Ive used this store I have not once found a sales associate in the aquarium section of the store. I went there today to purchase some live plants and other aquarium accessories, waited around about 20 minutes and finally just left. In the past Ive brought home guppies with camalanus worms from this store that wiped out my entire tank.

I was completely clueless about the things I needed to get my childrens fish tank started, so we asked for help.... the "expert" was harsh and talked to my kids and I like we were idiots that she did not have time for!!! Sooo completely rude and obviously did not feel like being bothered with our stupid questions!!

Clean store with bathrooms. The staff are usually available when you need help and are friendly. There is a dog grooming facility here that I have not used. There are kittens, guinea pigs, ferrets, turtles, lizard fish and more for sale/adoption. Large selection of pet foods.

My favorite local Petco. Excellent selection, good prices, friendly staff. One caveat: dont try and get marine aquarium advice from anyone who works at a Petco. Its just not their area of expertise. Go online or to a local fish store instead.

I was in the store for half an hour looking for help from an employee. I went into the store wanting to buy a baby rat and a cage with accesories and I left with no information on their animals and I will never ever go back

I love shopping and being in this store. I am greeted everytime. My puppy is in training class, get my food, and a nail Trim. I do not have to go anywhere else. Thanks guys!!!
