I used to love this specific store, but after they way I was treated, I will never be coming here again for my animals. Your employee was rude and tried delivering me incorrect information about bettas. They need filters to maintain proper water parameters and the lady said no because they breathe air. It is ridiculous. That has nothing to do with stability in an aquarium. And she rolled her eyes and walked away while I was talking to her. I will be telling everyone I know to boycott this store. Horrible service.

The inventory here is quite nice and it does not come at the cost of cleanliness. The store always appears to have been recently cleaned and has a rather pleasent scent considering the number of animals housed there. The employees are friendly and rather helpful, one going so far as to direct me to another pet shop in search of an item they did not carry.

Visiting the area, spent time walking the Preserve ... dog found the water, mud and ticks. He was a filthy mess and we couldnt get him clean. Brought him to Petco last minute, the groomer was incredible. She bathed and brushed him, he looked like a different dog! AND she was so sweet, to him and us!

Pet Grooming is A+. Kelly in grooming is top notch! She is incredible with the German Shepherd breed. Our puppy has gone to her for 3 months & now looks forward to a puppy spa everytime! The store itself overall, great location & great people. :)
