I always have great customer service from knowledgeable staff here. I would like to point out specifically an associate by the name of Dan. He is so nice, helpful, and seems to genuinely enjoy his job, and the customers he interacts with!! Excellent service! Keep up the great work, Dan! These are the little things that keep people like myself shopping here, and only here for pet supplies!

Ive been there a couple times for my dog to get shaved and every time my dog is nipped and they dont even tell me, at least when your customers before handing off the dog.

They shaved my 7month old puppies nippers off at the groomers there.. and they feel they did nothing wrong. I will never be going back
