Have had two bad experiences with the grooming department for our dog. For the most recent time, groomer hadnt arrived to open up the store, and manager seemed uninterested/incapable of helping us. The people at PetSmart in Delavan are kinder and more professional and we will take the few extra minutes to go there from now on.

Went in to do some shopping for pets on Dec 17th. They were having pics with Santa for the animals. We unfortunatley carried home fleas to our pets.We did not have our pets with us. We notified the store and they stated there is nothing can do. Never shopping there again

There isnt always staff to help. Do not buy iguanas from there. I did. Twenty days later it died from mites. They wouldnt do anything and they were rude about it. They also arent very knowledgable. Do research before you go and know what you want.

We were looking at fish there and noticed their was alot of sick fish in a tank and told someone he looked at it and walked away and started doing something else instead of putting some ick medicine in their it shows how much they care

They sell a specialized litter and cleanser for problem cats. It worked right away for an injured stray that I made my pet. The staff was extremely helpful.

Plan to wait in line. Typically three deep while other employess just look on. The store manangement is pathetic.
