Does anyone clean the cages here? My daughter and I visited on Saturday and the ferrets cage was DISGUSTING! There was old, dried poop in the corners of the enclosure, fresh poop all over the bedding (enough that indicated the cage had not been cleaned out in several days), a ton of flies inside the enclosure. It was disgusting!! We walked over to where they hold the kittens for adoption. The smell was overwhelming! 2 of the kittens were laying in one litter box that had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Flies were hovering over the piles of poop. The overwhelming smell of cat pee was too much to handle. I saw 3 employees there, hanging out around the fish tanks socializing. Very disappointing! Disgusting conditions for the animals sold here. We wont be back.

I used to love this place, but you can never find any employees when you need help. And the one employee is super busy with customers and check out. How hard is it to staff this place?? Also every time I go in to potentially buy snails, they are all dead and still in the tanks. If your not going to place them in the tank properly and let them die, then why do you even have them?? I have been coming here lead and less bc of the poor service..

This store is always under stocked and under staffed. The last two times Ive been in the stuff I wanted to buy wasnt in stock and it was basic puppy items. The workers arent friendly or knowledgeable either.

They asked for my dogs rabies papers when we went to get her nails cut and expected us to have them on us go to pet supplies plus for grooming with puppies first trim is free

Nice store, friendly staff. Last time we went they had baby bunnies they were trying to adopt out so that was a plus and they let us play with the ferrets

Price sucks. Paid 20 bucks for a spray can that was nearly empty. Hard finding help at checkout. But if your pet is worth it, then do it.

They have alot of the things we need and use for out dogs and the staff are almost nice and helpful.
