Terrible experience! I have Been going here for years with no issues and they HAD a good staff. Now they are trying to save a dollar by hiring a bunch of kids that not only are slow and discourteous but very very rude. They also need to have somewhat of a dress code. I mean dont come to work looking like you havent changed your clothes in week and if your pants dont fit, find a belt. I bought 25 fish and I get home 30 min away and find I was givin 20 fish and if thats not bad enough 13 are dead! Walmart fish last longer! Then they wanted me to bring back in the dead fish! So I did they are saying thats policy... Ok I can see that for snake a turtle or something but $2.00 worth of gold fish ha ha come on. These punk kids just want to argue with you instead of just fixing the issue. I will never go there again. I didnt want to post this but seriously business are going so down hill they only want to pay minimum wage and you get what you pay for.

Clean store. Seems to be well stocked for the amount of business they have at that location. Under staffed though. What staff was there was fast and friendly but over worked with a few customers in the store. I have been in the store several times now and have yet seen or talked with a manager. So if you know what you want and know where to find it in the store, this may be a place for you. If you are looking for advice or guidance on a product or pet this may not be your store.

I came to this location to purchase a 20 gallon tall fish tank. I did find a tank, but there was no price tag on or near it and it had bird poop in it!! The store seemed really messy overall too. Ended up driving to a different petstore to purchase the tank because I didnt want to give my money to a store that looked that messy. Also, saw several employees but no one offered us help finding anything as well. Disappointing experience.

Petco is great and has a much better selection all around than Petsmart, but the prices vary greatly between in-store and online. In store sales are low, but non-sale items cost much more in store than they do online. Dog crates were on sale online for $25 but in store were over $80. But then dog beds in store on clearance were $20 but online $40. So be sure to check pricing both places before purchasing

This unprofessional latino guy in purple was super rude and impolite to my husband and I, and had a bird pooping on his shoulder while checking out. Will never set foot in that store ever again. Shouldve known better since its in a price-oriented square. Petsmart is a much friendly place to shop. BTW, the ultra soft bedding is $27.99 otc, but 17.99 online. What a rip-off.

Plenty of parking, very friendly staff that works very hard and are very kind to all the animals here. Store is a pet store and I dont understand why allot of the products are so pricey compared to Walmart, Target or even some dollar stores that carry a good selection of the same items. Other then this Ill keep shopping here to find a few bargains and rare sale items.

Have shopped here for years. Very upset with the cleanliness of the bird section. Mouse waste on every shelf. Alot of product was open and all over. Told cashed about it and he acted like it wasnt a big deal.stated yeah we have mice. Duh! Im going back tommrow and if its still there Im not shopping there any more. GROSS AND NOT SAVE FOR MY BIRDS OR DOG.

Reese in the grooming department always does such a great job for Rocky! We took a chance and asked for him to be groomed the usual dachshund way and we were stunned when he was done. They got him done within an hour and it was well worth the money spent. Please give Reese an honorable mention, really appreciate him and Rocky loves him too!

Really nice employees, and the groomers do a very nice job. Unfortunately, for several YEARS (as in plural) they have an UNCHECKED Gypsy moth infestation at the rear of their store in dry dog food. Check YOUR bag for webs, larvae, and even actual moths fluttering around the dog food.

Dont shop here!! If you buy anything electric they will not look up the receipt at all!!! Made me go home and find it even tho they ask me for my phone number Everytime I buy anything.

Very dirty store the small pets live in absolute horrendous conditions. Also the pet trainer is extremely loud, obnoxious, rude and hubris. I would avoid this store at all cost.
