Where do I begin? I used to think that this place was great, but I was sorely mistaken. Let me start with being a customer there, the tanks have massive algae and are filthy; I see dead fish in there all the time. Their aquarium supplies is overpriced and can be bought cheaper online. Their corals are unhealthy and are choked by nusiance algae and a nuisance anemone known as apistasia. The customer service is terrible, it takes forever to find someone for the Fish Department even if there is no other customers in the store. Employees are uncaring and unknowledgeable about the fish section, nothing is labeled with prices it is impossible to find things. They have had a massive algae outbreak and instead of dealing with the problem they completely dismantled there frag tank and put corals into holding tanks with no light, thus killing them. I applied for a job here this past year and even though I tried calling back and visiting several times after my interview they did not tell me whether or not I got the job after I asked them. I later found out as a customer that they had hired someone else who would lie about products in order to sell them = bad business practices. I am very knowledgeable about aquariums and one day I was there with a friend and we were told that bettas are not aggressive towards each other. I also purchase live rock from this location and found out the hard way about the algae problem and I regret it ever since. dont buy your fish supplies or fish or coral from here.

We are FOREVER LOYAL to this LOCALLY OWNED business! We have purchased food and all other supplies from Premium Pet Supply for our dogs, cat, guinea pig, and beta fish for several years now. (Note: the pig and fish were also purchased here and have lived long healthy lives.) If we have any health or grooming concerns with any of our pets, we discuss with their staff and always get some advice we had not considered. Their dog and cat foods are VERY high quality and Id swear the Fromm Family Foods helped saved my cats life after he developed serious urinary tract problems due to a stressful situation last year. When the vet wanted to give him Prozac, I went to PPS and we added canned food to Louies diet so he was getting extra water. Louie is healthy again (without any Prozac), and I am eternally grateful for their advice! As some other reviewers stated, their food may be a bit more expensive, but there is a deep discount for every 7th purchase, and the quality is well worth it. More recently, my fish tank filter pump went out and Monty advised how to take it apart and clean it instead of buying another pump... my problem was solved! Finally, the staff at PPS are always quick to help and to get us checked out, saving me a lot of time! We are VERY HAPPY with this businesss service and products!!

Normally I am OK with this place even though the tanks need a good cleaning and nothing is ever labeled it is fine. Today however after waiting patiently for some time while several clerks were available the clerk in the fish section was finally finishing up with another customer and told me he would be right back to assist us. After waiting for a bit longer we realized he had went up front with the customer and was continuing his personal conversation about cars and car parts. Finally after being fed up my wife and I left. We were planning on purchasing a couple Urchins and fish and some cleaner crew.

With the new pet place going in next store to this establishment I feel it is increasingly necessary to let all of you serious pet owners that this is the place to want to go. Shout out to Monty (my fish guy) who always is straight forward and incredibly knowledgeable. You have a life long customer. Dont be fooled by the big box stores, if you are serious about your fish and the aquariums you loving care for this is the place to make sure that you are always getting the best care for your fishy friends.

We love to shop at this locally owned pet supply store for our guinea pig and hamster supplies. They stock a great variety of food and treats and the knowledgable staff are always willing to make recommendations. There is a loyalty program where if you buy a 6 of the same food, litter or filters, you receive the 7th at half price, which can be a great saving when you go through timothy hay like we do! Were headed there right now to spend Christmas gift money on new Habitrail hamster habitat.

Absolutely love this store! Great variety of dog and cat food, wet, dry, and fresh food too! They have the most beautiful aquariums I have ever seen at a great price! Not the blah bulk purchase ones you see at Petco and Petsmart. They also have a great variety of HEALTHY fish and are very knowledgeable about each and every one of them! I cannot compare them to any pet store in Blono, this family owned business is simply the best!

After having horrible experience with PetSmart and Petco, this place was the light at the end of the tunnel. Their fish quality was amazing and had very helpful staff. I really felt like I was wanted there instead of people trying to hurry me out of their store. From now on Im bringing my business to Premium Pet Supply.

Friendly and definitely knowledgeable. We buy all of our dog food here, and have for years. They helped us pick a good brand, and while its expensive, its no more so here than anywhere else. They also have a frequent buyers card that helps offset there cost. For every six, you get the seventh half price.

Premium Pet Supply doesnt seem to carry pet supplies in varieties comparable to larger chain stores, but they do carry the basics at decent prices. Honestly, the only "bad" thing about the place is their annoying tv ads.

A little higher priced but they take much better care of the Guinea pigs and such. They carry oxbow brand and we buy our food and hay and vitamins here. Never have had a problem. Always see them cleaning cages.

They have a huge assortment of fish, but the two fish that I own that Ive bought from there, I later found out were mislabeled.... No matter how knowledgeable the guy acts, dont trust the labeling.

Nothing is ever marked correctly in the tanks neither the price or type of fish. long waits to get fish at times. Over priced and/or it feels like they make up prices as they go along.
