Second visit to the groomer and we wont be back. Took our dog to the groomer for a bath and the miscellaneous service that come with it. Her appointment was for 8:30 and online showed it would take 2 hours to complete. When we arrived with the dog an associate told us it would actually only take 1.5 hours to complete. After two hours of not hearing from the store we called. An associate said our dog was not yet ready. Her appointment took 3 hours. Her fur was still wet in places. She had air dried enough that her fur wasnt laying down on her back. The paw "trim" was only half done. They trimmed between the pads but just stopped when they got to her claws. She looks bad. When our concerns were expressed to the groomer their response was "we were busy." Apparently so busy the appointment took double the allotted time and was done terribly. The worst part was when we got home she couldnt get her water down fast enough! We believe she went the entirety of her appointment without water. Unacceptable.

Took my dog for class. Shes a year old and I am her second home, so wanted some help with training and bonding. The trainer seemed to know what she was doing, but the space for class was too small. The trainer also did everything with each person and dog individually, which meant we spent more time waiting than actually learning. The trainer would also get toys out for various things to practice with--Im sure this is normally ok but toys make my dog go crazy, she always wants the one across the room and the toys made her defensive towards the other dogs as well. No one noticed or offered help. I would stick to Town and Countrys classes if youre in the BloNo area.

I shop here frequently for my pet supplies. You can find great deals if youre a rewards member! I also take my pup, Bee, to the salon for her grooming services. We go to Alyssa, shes great! My dog is a Bichon Frise, Poodle, and Shih Tzu and Alyssa does awesome with her hair texture. She plucked the ear hair and cleaned up the eye area (this breeds eyes water a lot). You also get a "pawgress" report that tells you what areas of grooming may need more improvement. Im so glad this store came to town and that I found this groomer.

I stopped by for the first time to see the store, pick up dog chews. Besides pricing at near full retail there was 1 poor girl to check out a line of customers with no other employees in sight. I think she must have signed up half the line in there rewards program so it might have been 20 minutes to get out of the store. NEVER AGAIN!! Back to Amazon Prime

Great staff! Jessica is awesome!! Very knowledgeable and always friendly! All the ladies that work in the salon are great too. Alyssa did an exceptional job grooming my Rex. Looked sooo much better when we picked him up.
