Every single time my family and I go in here, we are never acknowledged. We are usually the only ones in the store, and my fiancé and I only go in for the cat litter refills. They take forever to come to the register, rolls their eyes as your walking by them (since they are always standing around talking and snickering). Nothing is every easy, even the simple task of ringing up a cat litter refill takes two - three managers assistance, camera checks, repetitive questions (like they want to catch you stealing or something), and takes about 10 minutes per checkout. Its a very bitter experience. After going in there for the 100th time today, it will be my last. Petco youve lost two faithful customers.
