I never made it into the store. This Wal-Mart location does not want truckers on their parking lot. You have an hour thats it. I needed to make my list and since I didnt go in right away the security sat right outside my door starring at me until she finally said its been an hour Wal-Mart policy says you have to leave. No sleeping here. I wasnt sleeping, Im making a list in my drivers seat! Oh well, there are plenty of places that do want my business so Ill just go there. Very sad they dont even realize they wouldnt even have a store without truckers. We are good enough to haul your stuff but not buy it. Also, this was 3am not the busiest time of day.

I would like the workers to be punctual. I just sat at Wal-Mart for almost 2 hours trying to get a tire changed. If your Tire and Lube Center opens at 7 am, then when I get there at 7:30 am, I expect someone to be there to help me. This is the reason why "We" dont support this store. This is why "we" take "our" business to Clinton, Madison, and Richland. In addition to tardiness, If I go to the grocery part on Monday and you all are out of several items, when I return that following Monday, I dont expect you all to still be out of those same exact items. We have got to do better.

Absolutely awful customer service with the pick-up section. Literally got put on hold for upwards of 20 minutes by the same two reps. At one point one of them even said, "Hold on sir. hold on, lets try again" and then proceeded to place me on hold indefinitely. Wouldnt even let me talk to a manager. Terrible, terrible service. Either go to a different Wal-Mart, or take your business elsewhere.

Its a normal Walmart except there is no self check out, not alot of registers open, you have to wait in long lines, and I cant stand it when people stand in your way knowing your trying to get passed them while shopping. The employees act like your bugging them by being there especially the guy in the deli section where the hot food is.

This store is phenomenally horrible!!! You can almost feel the sense of "I dont wont to help you" or "Its not my job" on most of the employees. It starts from the top... some of the managers shouldnt have their positions. Also, you can expect "concert style" lines on most occassions (so come prepared to waste ~20mins in line)

Bad customer service. No lines open. Always have long lines. The parking lot is always nasty. The store looks like its made for people with low income and no education. Thats what I see when I go. I would like to shop there more often but knowing what I know about the store, Id rather go to Clinton Walmart.

I had to pick up some plants, so I went to the Walmart close to my workplace. Woman police officer was wondering thru and was sooo nice and funny. 3 different Walmart associates asked me if I needed help finding something and every associate I saw smiled and said hello. Good job Walmart training staff.

Never enough check outs open of course. The cashiers that were there were not super friendly but I am sure they are overworked and underpaid, deal with customers tired of waiting... The pharmacy was quick, efficient and friendly. I have never had a bad experience there

No self check out, never EVER enough cashiers, and super long lines. Friendly staff, but getting someone on the phone is like trying to win a scratch off. Produce often sub par. Usually leave telling myself Im not coming back here if I can help it.

This one has to be the worst walmart!!! The employees as a whole are so unprofessional. Even ehen u call to request certain departments the phone just rings and rings..close it down or get professional employees. After all it is a business..

God Bless America dont go here to get your car service Ive been here for an hour and a half and had to complain to get them to finally pull my car in and change the tire. These guys lolligag and play too much. Take your business elsewhere

Im too scared to even go there. miamis walmart not that intimateing with the language spoken in it. poor security in my opinion. you would have a better chance of being robbed buying anything there. real gamble shoppin at the store

Great selection of appliances, I literally spend at least a few hours just walking around looking at the merchandise. The best time to shop is in the late evening. Wish they still had self check out.

To small for area and amount of customers. Poor parking and traffic is always a problem during holiday season. Main Street only two lanes and always high traffic on weekends and holidays.

Waited three hours for them to put one tire on. After two and a half hours waiting I asked how long it would be, the lady said oh you are up next. The completely forgot about my car

If you are going to put all of the cell phone accessories behind locked cabinets, at least have someone in the store that can unlock them. Wasted trip for me. 22 miles one way.

Lines are too long wait time to check out 35_45 min nice staff but with only 2_4 lanes open and the amount of traffic they have kinda hard to keep up

Its 5 workers and all they had to do was to put a tire on a rim. I purchased the tire from them and it took them over an hour to do. What a shame.
