Wal-Mart is obviously a go-to place for clothes, electronics, and if a Supercenter, groceries, and much more. Due to this, I shop here for those basic needs. The service I receive on a regular basis is not very welcoming, this location in particular. For example, I wanted to know where the binders were since I didnt see them after looking in the office supplies. So I asked the employee stationed at the linen cutting station. She was helping a customer and I patiently waited. When she was finished, the employee walked away as if I wasnt standing there. I had to go find a different, kinder, employee who directed me towards the binders.

Everytime I come in to the store, needing help finding something the associates either runs from you or they dont work in that department. I work retail and if you dont know where something is call a manager to take the customer to wherever it is. Your new associate Kyle did everything he could to help me but he was so new he didnt have a clue. He called over radio and the response was in Hardware. Wow! I went to Ace Hardware where I found exactly what I was looking for. I cant stand this store!

The staff is supposed to be paid to serve you. If I have to find everything myself because no one can help, if I have to ring up my one stuff, because 2 registers are open at the so called SUPERCENTER Then their greeter wants to check my bag against my reciept? Wheres my paycheck? I did all the service myself and then was hassled on the way out. Very, very disappointing. Just because they think that they are the only option...

I spend hundreds of dollars there every week on groceries and other things. In the last 2 weeks my girlfriend and i have been accussed of stealing 3 times by the same employee in the self check out line. He pointed at us and told the door lady to stop us. We have never stolen anything in our lives. I dont go to places to be harrassed. The door alarm never went off and there was zero reason for him to stop us in that manner.

I cant put into words how great the pharmacist Rachel and tech Casey are. I was shocked when I went to pick up my sons epipen, my copay had almost tripled from last year and it was the generic! They worked so hard with my insurance and took the time to try and find coupons to help with the cost. It brought me to tears. Its not every day that people will work so hard for a stranger. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

I dont understand how its possible that every time I call, the line rings until it ends the call without anyone ever picking up. I understand this is a bussier store, However, this was anticipated. So why then was there not a plan implimentted in the customer service department to ensure that the customers were taken care of when they call? I guess this is another example of why bigger is not necessarily better.

This use to be a great place to shop, but now the customer service is lacking. I have had several bad run ins with employees being rude and employees not being were they should be. I spend over an hour trying to get some fabric cut, only to find out no one knew how to cut it. Was promised a gift card and the gift card was not up at customer service....If you can avoid going to walmart I would

30 checkout lanes.. 3 open... no matter what time they always seem to be stocking. so your dodging pallet Jacks and boxes. and the price of everything you like seems to always go up.. limited selection on bulk grocery items.. watch price per package.. sometimes 2 smaller boxes is still cheaper that 1 big box.. dont you think they should do something about the birds living inside???

Youre taking a gamble when you purchase Digital Game Codes, if they fail To activate them properly and they dont work, I was told its something they cant help you with whether you have a receipt or not. I was on the losing end of that gamble for a purchase of multiple cards. Otherwise, never had an issue with the store.

Went to the auto center at this location. Upon getting my oil change done they over filled my oil level and then refused to put the oil at the proper level. By far the worst place I have ever been to get a oil change done. I do not recommend anyone using this location if you do make sure you check over there work.

As a Walmart goes, it is as can be expected. My main annoyance is this location wants to force the use of self checkouts by not having a normal cashier during certain business hours. Unless I am paying a lesser price, it makes no sense that I would purposefully use machines that half work.

A good place to get groceries and consumer products and they stop you on your way out to check your cart to make sure you have paid for everything and the last time I was there as I walked in they asked me what I was there for !!! I wanted to say what the hell do you think I was there for

This walmart keeps getting worse , deli is awful, employees are disrespectful, there stocking staff cuts through each bag of sugar with there box cutting knifes , cashiers are extremly slow and seem to hate people. There is never a manager on duty to make sure everything is better.

Actually surprised they have a lot more veg options than I would have thought! Conveniently located from our home and open 24 hrs so late night medicine for the kids is great. Produce could be in better shape in my opinion, other than that great.

Seems to be less crowded than the Glen Carbon Walmart, but has all the same stuff. Staff are friendly enough and usually knowledgeable, or at least willing to get someone who is. Everything Ive come to expect from a Wal Mart.

I LOVE this Wal-Mart, the groceries are very reasonably priced & I Love buying the Parents Choice wet wipes in a box of 12, great price & they last me at least 10 months. I use them to remove my make up (they work GREAT).

Products have turned to junk, if the self checkout machine gives you a hassle they may search you because that obviously means youre a thief, never enough checkout clerks, and most prices really arent great

The bakery is the only department with kind employees. Cashiers and management are just horribly rude. One manager in particular is Kimberly. I will not be back they really dont care about their customers.

Its Wal-Mart...they have everything you could need or want...or even stuff you didnt know you needed or wanted. Huge store and offers everything in one place at a reasonable price.
