I will NEVER shop here again. This store has gone downhill in the last year. The manager, Jenn, should not be running that store at all. I called to get hardware to a crib, that was a gift from my mother and grandmother and it was purchased at Target, and was told to bring the crib back to the store. I told them I did not have a receipt as it was a gift, they still told me to bring it in. I did. I then waited over 20 minutes to have a stock guy come get the crib off of my truck to take it in so they could scan the item. I was then told by the manager, JENN, that it must have been bought from Goodwill because they do not sell that crib anymore and told me I was a liar. (If that is the case, why did the Target in West Belleville take the crib back?) after telling the manager that this crib was purchased at Target and she continuing to tell me no it was not, I decided to leave with my crib and find another way to get the hardware, that stated on the box that it all was included. The manager would not let me wheel the crib out, but would not call for someone to take it out of the store either, so needless to say, your customer had to walk out of the store with a baby crib and put it in her truck alone. Why would you sell a baby crib with not 1 piece of hardware in the box nor help the customer to locate hardware to make it right? That is COMPLETELY UNSAFE as the right tools and parts would not be purchased to build a safe crib for my son. All I wanted was hardware and she acted as though I had stolen the crib from somewhere and was trying to return it. I JUST WANTED A SAFE CRIB FOR MY CHILD AND THE PARTS IT SAID IT CONTAINED. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN and I will drive clear out of my way to avoid this store at all cost. Completely rude service!!! Customers should not feel like this when they leave a store and a customer should not be treated this way what so ever. I should have been able to get an answer on the hardware not been told that it wasnt sold there continuously.

This Target location is generally always pleasant to visit. The staff is usually nice and I always leave finding more things to purchase than I originally intended. It also has a decent Starbucks franchisee in case you are desperate for a quick jolt of caffeine. The only problem is that getting out of the parking lot can sometimes be a hassle if you are wanting to make a left turn... That aside, this is a really great location to patronize. Much better than the nearby Shiloh location.

Charges my mom wrong all the time some of the cashiers are nice some not at all and have attitude store is nice and organized and easy to find but thats about it literally Everytime we come here something gets charged wrong or someone has an attitude especially the younger ones you can tell who and who doesnt have retail experience.. was fine for a while but it has gone down hill and probably will stop coming here and start going to the one in Shiloe

Im really disappointed..I expect terrible from Walmart. All I can say is customer service earlier today. Administration seeing this: Ever read Game of Thrones? Cercei Lannister says, "When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die." I say that you need to train your employees working at customer service to NOT TELL ALL THEIR BUSINESS. Pay attention to the customer!!!

Erin refused to price match an identical item as Best Buy because it was a $30 difference. I called target corporate who offered to match the price and ship them to me but I needed them for an upcoming trip. They coordinated with the Belleville target who gladly price matched Best Buys price.

We received gift cards from somewhere, (a casino) adding up to $75:00 to use at Target. Wasnt a problem using them either. Got a cart full of healthy foods. Nice clean store too. Plus, I had been fasting for bloodwork and the coffee shop just sealed the great deal for us.

Overall a great store. I wish they would expand their grocery selection but I mainly shop here for running clothes, underwear, and the occasional shirt or pair of pants. You wont get much help but there are dressing rooms and mirrors so you can get by on your own easily.

Nice staff, I love the clearance sections. Cartwheel ap and using the Target debit card has been awesome money savers. I used to be a Wal-Mart fan but proximity to this target has changed me. I love living so close to this place!

Who doesnt love Target? And tbis one the bathroom is right inside. Litetally. Not past the carts and down a ways, right inside the door. With a mother that has mobility issues this is a big deal when we shop. Love this target!

Clean, organized and wide variety. The only reason I didnt give a higher rating is because the employees on that night were not exactly friendly and they made us feel like they were rushing us out of the store

Good little location for a target and for some reason and extremely large parking lot... all in all it is a target so expect what you will but each one is pretty much the same. Nothing extraordinary.

Didnt receive any help moving furniture actively looked for employees to help. None were found. When found all they were doing was standing around talking to each other.

Nice Target. Clean and convenient. I found just the right Lego set to use to represent linked list nodes. Problem solved. And I didnt even buy the General Grievous set.

Dont buy alcohol as the checkers are under 21 and it will add a half hour to your check out. P.s Im 48 and they needed to scan my id for beer.

This Target is very large, clean and has a nice variety/selection in all the departments. The service is quick and friendly.
