This store HATES its customers. Shortly before writing this review, I witnessed 7 employees around a passed out customer, they let the EMT and Fire Dept personnel walk right past the victim. I had to wave the emergency personel over to the area the person was laying at (self checkout area). COUNT THAT, SEVEN employees and none were paying better attention than that, they all acted like they had somewhere better to be. I have witnessed two people mugged in the parking lot at different times and two different major thefts. There is NO customer service in this store and safety for customers is not considered. I was falsely accused of stealing at this store, when I used the self checkout and changed lanes due to a kiosk error and there not being an employee manning the checkout area. I was approached by a police officer in the parking lot and told I had to come back in the store. They did a great job making me late getting back to work. I have on three different occasions gone to managers a the store (GOOD LUCK FINDING ONE) and these issues still persist. If Google would let me, I would put a negative ten review here. Im done with this Walmart, Ill shop at another store from now on. Goodbye city revenue.

Wal-Mart stores have slowly been on a decline over the past years. Bad management, long lines, no customer service, yet we the customers, make a business thrive. Ive emailed and sent hand written/typed letters complaining about their stores and services yet nothing happens. I didnt even get a response from my last complaint. It seems as if nothing will ever be done to get WalMart stores thriving at their best potential (maybe until it starts affecting their business in sales, etc.) I go to Wal Mart ONLY bc of some of their selection and the fact that other stores are just too high. If another store comes my way with good prices, WalMart will defenitley be LEFT BEHIND IN THE DUST. Everything wrong with this store can be fixed by people simply doing their jobs and working as a team/company instead of one location (as if its a competition). Maybe they should start shutting some down and see if that will do any good.

A Private User

Every single time I go to this location there is a serious lack of cash register service. I went there tonight to buy my son a bicycle for Christmas, there was one cash register open. There were approximately 30 people ready to check out. This seems to happen quite often at this location. They have 24 to 26 registers, never seen more than 4 or 5 open at one time. The employees look at you as if to say "Why are you here" Ive called several times to complain to the stores General Mgr. and he never comes to the phone. The worst Management and Servive ever seen.

Shelves almost or were empty! Carts inside for disabled people were not charged! If you needed those carts you had to try to find one in the parking lot! If you could walk the parking lot trying to find a cart that was charged then you didnt need one! Unfortunately my husband & I are not able to do that! Nor are we able to make a tour of the stores to find what we need! When Walmart is out of an item or product it takes at least two weeks or more to get the product in! I am disappointed in Walmart!

The store is always busy and there are not enough check out counters to accommodate the customers. And if you buy something in automotive which is on one end of the store, you have to walk all the way to the opposite end to check out. Customer service is awful! The pharmacy is pretty efficient; they just may be out of meds from time to time, but that is a common occurrence for any pharmacy that conducts a good amount of transactions before they restock the inventory.

The clinton Walmart leaves absolutely everything to be desired. The most common answer in regards to where something can be found is "I dont know thats not my department." If you can make it to any other retailer you should. The cashiers are also mostly rude not saying a word to you until "that will be $143.25. If I could give negative stars I would have.

I went there last night. The cashier did not say hello or thank you. She gave me a dirty look and did not smile. She shoved my change in my hand and rolled her eyes at me. Some of the other employees act like they do not want to be there. The store was clean.

The usual Walmart. Nothing special. The prices are consistent with other Walmarts. Giving it 4 stars because restrooms are always dirty and uaually out of paper towels in mens restroom. Other then that its no better no worse then any other Walmart.

This is your normal Walmart. They are all pretty similar. I have found nothing special to bring me back or keep me away. But Walmarts have everything, so its a good place to find what you need. Customer Service is not great here, though.

Unmarked merchandise. Slow checkout clerk. Directed to Customer Service, for some unexplained reason. Almost no interaction with us as people. Big Lots, Family Dollar, and Krogers are nearby, and provide much better options.

The Clinton Walmart is in a convenient, safe location. I love to go for light shopping. The only downfall is that they dont always have the value packs of things for large families like mine.

Worst Wal-Mart! Nothing is ever in stock. They should definitely get better inventory management. A grocery trip becomes 3 or 4 trips because you cant get all you need at once. Ridiculous!

The lines were wrapped around the store with only about 4 lanes open. The wait time was out of control. On a good note the csr manager on staff came to open a lane and was very nice.

Its relatively clean at any point in the day Be weary of visiting at night because self checkout is closed and theres usually only one lane open with a 20+ minutes wait time.

Rating this due to the service center. They took 4.5 hours to change my oil. There were 2 other people there also dealing with other issues caused by the service center.
