OMG! Ross is not a high class store, but this location is the worst of them all. Always messy and the stock selection is low class even for a Ross store. ALWAYS long lines and the store managers do not address this issue. I dared to complain about the long line to check out and the clerk argued with me stating the Texas Ross is worse. The manager interceded and made it no better. I just left the store without purchasing. Of course the staff didnt care. Its not the class of retail employee who understands the concept of saving a sale with customer service. Go to the Big Bend location. If you must get an item at this location, go really early or really late.

Been here for 15 min in line... And the cashier just laughing, playing giggling with this customer and her line is continuing to get longer... And they only have one cashier... I have never seen such poor customer service.... I guess only in the black locations ... They might as well have setting in this location.

Get good bargains but the service is very bad. Check out lines or too long. Sometimes I have to leave the store. I dont like the bags they put your clothing or purchase in . They are so thin and they dont have the large bags anymore. Theres room for a lot of improvements at the store on West Florissant.

Its a good store but Jesus the employees really act they hate thier lives. At the fitting rooms I had the rudest chick just throw my tweezers on a table which they didnt land on. She had no edges so I understand why she was so hateful but damn girl I just wanted to try on some rompers.

Prices are affordable.... they have very long lines, staff arent friendly. Staff are slow when it comes to checking put, the Ballwin location is my favorite. They are clean fast and friendly. This store is so cluttered you cant find anything
