The product selection, customer service, & cleanliness, at this location were all lackluster compared to what Ive come to expect from regular visits to Walmart stores across the nation. They appeared to be understaffed as locating an employee to ask for help resulted in a search spanning multiple departments. As well as long lines at check out & a parking lot littered with debris & shopping carts. Pricing was about the only thing on par with what Ive come to expect / associate with the Walmart name. Based on experience from this visit a lone, I will to not return to this location whenever an alternative option is available.

I like that it is smaller and easier to find what your looking for. They are always friendly and helpful. I am disabled and it is difficult to go thru the large Walmart Stores even on the cart. Too many people, too spread out, so I like this Walmart for the convenience and speed I can be in & out with. Its clean and again staff are very helpful. I shop here all the time! I have a Super Walmart just as close, but I like this one!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. These are the rudest workers ever! Especially in the money center. I only come here because its closest to my job. I try to avoid it at all cost! Trust me, if you have the option to go elsewhere, please do so! There are people who actually need and want a job who would do a MUCH better job!

ALOT of the workers are rude and have attitude problems, ESPECIALLY the females. If they didnt want to deal with customers then WHY do they work there? Their selection on kids clothes suck. I live 5minutes from Cahokia, but I VERY OFTEN drive all the way to Belleville,Collinsville, or OFallon Wal-Mart!

Worst Walmart ever. Never enough cashiers. Cant get into dressing rooms. No one ever works in the department you need help in. And most of the employees do not care about service or even being friendly. The greeters are usually the only nice workers. Theres maybe three cashiers who arent jerks.

The store is very outdated. And many of the patrons are questionable at best. However, every employee Ive ever dealt with has been an absolute pleasure. They are so much nicer than could be expected. Averaging 1 star for the store, and 5 stars for the customer service, I give it a 3.

Dont ever come to this store, they are rude even to their vendors. We have contracts with them and they dont honor contracts. So if they dont honor written agreements, then they are more than likely not willing to care about you.

Friendly staff but the Walmart itself structure wise is dated. Not the nicest looking place and definitely one of the older (non Super Center) Walmarts.

It is in a declining area and does not have as wide a selection as the Waterloo Il. or Mellville Mo stores do . Also it is not as nice .
