Went inside the store on Friday and was told that their system was down but as long as I was paying cash that it was okay. So i paid cash money for my refrigerator which was not cheap and given a delivery date of today June 5, 2017. I never received a courtesy call with my delivery window. So I decided to give them a call the first representative told me they couldnt even find my information. And was very rude as if I didnt spend $550 and had a reciept to prove it. Than finally at 10:20 my sales representative Bettie gives me a call and tells me Im not getting a delivery today after I made arrangements to be at home waiting on them, which inconveniences the hell out of me than tells me "Im not sure when your refrigerator will be delivered" I am beyond mad and upset at the unprofessional this company shows. I will be back to get my money ASAP and take my $550 to somewhere else

Most shoes are not displayed which makes the store look as if its going out of business. Racks are not organized. Employees are in their own world. Even if you ask them for assistance chances are they will call someone else to assist you.

It was awful! Not enough salespeople to help , couldnt find my points that were clearly on my receipt. Argued with manager and ended up telling them I will definitely not shop here again nor recommend this place to anyone I know.
