1. Security was looking for 35 min my load 2. I been waiting for 6 hours 3. After I came back, security was telling me that she doesnt have papers, I have to go back and wait in the dock so someone could come and give me bill of lading. I went back and waited another 30 minutes, nobody showed up, I started looking each door, someone came and said ohhh you have to get your papers from security. I came back to unprofessional security and said to her all that story, after all that she made me wait another hour so she could find bill of lading. 4. I hope Im not going back there and Im not recommend to anyone to go there

No organization for picking up loads not ready when dispatched... Have to keep checking to see if load is ready... Security just did in their chairs and writes stuff down but really dont know whats going on
