I had a 7-year old bike tuned up. They were very friendly, and told me the bike was in good shape generally, but did need a part replaced. They kept me informed about the progress of the job, and provided an itemized receipt to keep for my files. Definitely a positive experience; I would recommend them to others.

I just got a new seat and decided to take a 2.5 hour bike ride, only to have my seat start to come off. I had no tools, but was able to get to Farmstead Bike Shop. They were friendly, (didnt laugh at me!) :) And tightened up my seat for free. I will go back! Thanks guys!
