I called to check if this store carried a key blank for my daughters vehicle. The woman who answered placed me on hold believing she was checking on this for me but then the phone rang back and it was picked up and hung up. I called right back and it was picked up and hung up right away. I called a third time and it was picked up but no one said a word and just set the hand set down and I could hear someone being checked out then was hung up on a THIRD time. I called back once more and the same exact thing except after two minutes of hearing background I finally hung up this time. This is the crappiest customer service that I have ever encountered by ANY business in my 53 years. I will be looking up the owner and making sure they know about this and can look up and see who this employee is working this afternoon and explain this most rude and unprofessional behavior. I will make certain everyone I know in the Maple Plain area avoids this business. I wouldnt even have given one star but had to in order to post this.Totally pathetic!

I came in looking for corrugated tubing. Looked around for about 5 minutes. The only staff I saw was the checkout person, and another lady pushing a floor sweeper straight towards me . She was careful not to make eye contact, but I asked her for help any how. Without missing a beat she turned on her heel and said Id have to talk to someone else...who Im still not certain as I simply left and got help at home depot in slp.
