Worst customer service experience ever! This is how Ace Hardware of Chaska takes care of their customers. I brought in screens that had small holes to be repaired. The said no problem and we left the screens with them. We came back and picked them up when they were done only to find out they no longer fit in the windows. So we took them back to the store and they tried again (very rude clerks). The second time I picked them up, the screen was loose in the middle. I complained and left the screens there for them to fix. I received a call saying they were unable to fix them properly and that I could pick them up. When I went to pick them up today, the angry employee had cut the screens out of middle. The owner Dave Peters said there was nothing he could do about it. Just a warning, stay away from Chaska Ace Hardware and their owner!

Was given a hard time because my key wasnt cut perfectly the first time. I was willing to pay out of pocket for second but instead got attitude. Still got the replacement for free but I wasnt pleased with the experience. One worker particularly has a hard time being patient and polite with customers. Other than that Ive always loved Ace and will continue to come here when needed.
