I had my dog Peachy in yesterday for a bath and haircut. She has been very difficult to do ourselves anymore. Stephen took care of Peachy as if she was his own dog. Hes did an amazing job with her. I cant express how happy I was when I saw her. Stephen is a new groomer, but it seemed like he had been grooming for years. Please ask for him. You will be very happy leaving your favorite dog with him. Kudos Stephen. Thank you!!!

Be very careful if you take your puppies to their playtime. Even though their was a "trainer" present she did nothing to stop an aggressive dog from charging other puppies and failed to educate the owners about the situation. She did pull one of my pups off the lap of a lady whos little dog was squeaky. My pups were agitated by the aggression. Sam, an employee, was very nice and helpful about purchases though.

Not really being an animal lover, my kids have softened my heart...If the kids come with, we are more likely to adopt another critter :) Prices are great! Coupons are a blessing. And they have awesome food choices that best fit the need for our cat/bird/guinnea pig.... Not to mention, they have the most friendly and helpful staff around. Thank you Petco!

After 3 years and thousands of dollars, Ive had it with the store in Mankato. They staff the store with twenty year old morons who are untrained, under educated, dont have a clue about customer service, and led by managers who are equally inept. It is no wonder they are losing market share. Ill follow the rest of the herd, and buy what I need on line.

Super slow at helping customers on the floor. Asked for assistance from lady at the front n she paged someone to the crickets n I still stood there for 10 min waiting as I watched 3 workers walk by n totally look the other way from me.

Im so proud to give this store 5 stars bcuz my daughter moved all the way from FL to Minnesota & got hired as the Grooming Dept Manager coming from being a dog bather then a groomer from Petsmart/Brandon, FL. High 5 Petco way to go.

Nice selection of pet supplies. Some workers are pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Others are clueless and obnoxious. Overall, I still recommend shopping here. The good outweighs the bad most of the time.

Alyssa M groomed our shih tzu today. She really did a beautiful job. The cut is perfect, and she shaped the hair on her face and ears to match just right.
