DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY SMALL PETS I bought 2 male gerbils here and had a problem with them when they had lived in the same cage and went to exchange the bully. Then when I got the other one I took him to work in my travel cage, and he oddly died a few hours later. I called and told them and they said it was my fault, this pet had plenty of food water and breathability and passed away. I went into the store and they called me an animal abuser because he died while in my custody and did everything in their power to blame me. I own several perfectly healthy and happy little gerbils and am in no way an animal abuser. The managers there have no respect for their customers and should be removed.

Groomers were nice but I brought my dog in for an appointment at 11AM for a simple bath, brush and nail trim. When dropping him off they told me it would be 3-4 hours. Came back after 3 hours only to be informed he isnt even dry yet and still needs to be brought up for the rest. In my opinion a bath and brush should NOT take 3 hours! And if I had an appointment in the morning why was his bath not started at 11? Will NOT be bringing him back! I have other options and will now be taking him elsewhere.

My family and I enjoy our trips to PetSmart. The store is always clean and organized. Prices arent bad either. The only thing that can use improvement is helping customers. Many employees walked by me and didnt acknowledge my presence. I eventually had to ask the cashier if she could send someone to help me. Luckily they came quickly. Also, my cashier was very sweet.

I bought a fish here. He had ich. It spread to my existing fish immediately. Only one is left. The rest have all died, including the fish I bought from this store who infected my existing fish. I feel sad for all the fish. PetSmart: you need to clean out all your tanks and start over. Your fish are sick! Not okay!

Decent staff here. Lots of selection for dogs, but no where near as much for cats. Aisles are a little bit close together which made shopping with a cart a little by awkward. Banfield is a great service to have here though!

friendly staff, fish and live animals seem pretty healthy, my bearded dragon is doing fine, I have had a few fish die, but they have a 2 week policy, they sell live feeder bugs and frozen feeder mice.

Went to get dog food and of course they are the only ones that carry the brand we use..and again out of stock again...and refuse the coupon because its not exact brand...happy you ask of course not
