Terrible service. RUDE RUDE RUDE Meredith at the front desk. Folding towels was way more important than a customer in the pouring rain with two dogs in tow! I had an appointment at 9 am in which they confirmed with me over the weekend. I arrived with my 3 dogs for grooming at 8:48. It was pouring down rain. I grabbed two of my dogs and went to the door. The two girls that were in the store were standing at the counter folding towels. They knew that I was standing there holding 2 dogs in the pouring rain and would not open the locked door. I looked at the sign and they dont open until 9! They watched me stand there in the rain for 5 minutes. I knocked on the door and they looked up and nothing!!!! Finally soaked with two dogs I went back to the car. It wasnt until I got back in the car they came to the door. I was very mad at that point. Why would they not open the door 4 minutes early and WHY would you make an appointment at 9am for grooming if you dont open the door until 9am. Dont dog owners get there a few minutes early for their appointments? I feel sorry for Maria the dog groomer. Im sure she gets paid on commission and Merideth decided yesterday not to open the door in the pouring down rain. They could of come to the door and told me they would not open the door until 9:01 so I wouldnt get soaked. NO instead they kept folding towels and ignored me!!! I will never go back again. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!

Absolutely horrendous experience! My dogs have gone here for almost 2 years and our last 2 appointments with them have been absolute disasters. My husband showed up to drop our dogs off and they told him we didnt even have an appointment and that I must have called the wrong location. I explained to them that I had booked the appointment while I was in the store and had a card with that date and time written on it. They reluctantly accepted my dogs. Before my husband was even able to get home they called him saying one of my dogs had bit their groomer and they needed to go home. HE HAS NEVER BITTEN ANYONE IN HIS ENTIRE LIFE!!! It sounds like they just didnt want to accept my dogs if you ask me! When my husband went to pick them up the groomer who was "bitten" even pulled my husband aside and told him that our dog was not being aggressive and that it was an accident but the manager saw and made him go home. Now Ive been told by Jennifer there that he is never welcomed back. I, for one, am glad to never bring my dogs back there. What a terrible establishment. They were wonderful until they remodeled and lost Pam, the groomer who used to always do our dogs.

Terrible experience I want to pass along! Our regular groomer doesnt work on the weekends, and so due to my work hours I had to choose a different groomer. I tried go-pet-go on N. Oak. I called ahead for a bath, haircut and nail trim, when we arrived for our appointment they had only written her down for a bath and nail trim so the groomer proceeded to push the subject that they didnt have time to shave her because of their error. They were very rude to us and it was their mistake not mine! It was a very poor customer service experience and as a groomer your in the customer service business! I left the dog and went back to pick her up 4 1/2 hours later. Only to find a Terrible shave job, shes shaved in some areas with big stripes down to bare skin and others with an extension on the blade so very uneven! Nicks everywhere and she didnt shave any of her bottom, or her belly. Dont waste your time or money for a groom at this Go Pet Go! You can do it better yourself! We have contacted the store manager as well as the regional manager, but have not heard back from the regional manager.

We have been going to Go Pet Go in the Northland for a few months now. The ladies in this location are amazing. We take our boy Winston to get groomed. Jenny is our Groomer and we couldnt be more pleased. Shes so very nice. The way she interacts with Winston as well as us is phenomenal. I definitely recommend you use this location anytime you need anything. If you need a groomer, for sure book with Jenny!!! Winston absolutely loves this lady and being a shy dog and all it is amazing how they both interact with one another. They love animals, they treat them well, and our dog absolutely loves them. He doesnt get scared at all. The services they provide are exquisite! Thank you Jenny and Go Pet Go!!!

I recently came into Go Pet Go to find a food for my very sensitive and allergic dog. I was promptly greeted by an employee named Carly. She was extremely knowledgable about everything they carry, which made my search so much easier. She asked me many questions to find out his specific needs. I ended up purchasing something that my dog loves and actually agrees with him. I cannot begin to tell you how valuable this service was to me and my dog. Also, the store was extremely clean and organized, which made me comfortable buying my food there. You have a life long customer now! Thank you guys so much for really listening to my concerns and being so educated on canine nutrition.

I would rate them higher because theyve always taken care of my dogs but recently they havent been very thorough in checking records for grooming. So after I could only get a Sunday appointment for both dogs one wasnt up to date according to them for shot records. And since it was Sunday theres nothing I could do until Monday and take more time out of the week. Its my fault for not making sure ahead of time but I would have thought in the three times Ive talked to them this week someone would have pulled the file

Very disappointed. I wear oxygen and was in the store 10 minutes, looking for a specific puppy food. There were three people at the register and no one asked if I needed help, which I did. When I spoke with the manager, her response was "What do you want me to do?" This store needs serious help with customer service. This is the second negative experience I have had in a short time. I wont be returning to this location.

Very friendly, even when Im running in at the last minute. They carry high quality dog foods and most employees are very knowledgeable about the different foods. I work with a rescue so Im constantly changing foods depending on what dog I am fostering. They listen and advise on what they have available without forcing any particular brand. And love using the tall baths for stinky rescue pups!

Today was the last day that I just deal with being mistaken for the wrong person. I was treated extremely poorly because one of the employees couldnt bother herself with reading the name on the file. When she was told by a another employee she was in error, she continued with her rude behavior. No apology. Nothing. We have taken our pet there for 5 years. No longer.
