My husband and I moved to the Liberty area over a year ago from Des Moines. We were lucky enough to have a wonderful local pet store there, Bone A Patreat. The owner, April, and her staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I guess she set the bar too high because I have been to 3 of the GO Pet Go locations, most frequently Liberty, and their knowledge and willingness to help customers leaves much to be desired. I purchase over 200 dollars worth of raw dog food each month. In the past I have purchased from an online retailer but like to keep my money local if I can. Go Pet Go sells Primal and Bravo raw variety.. but only in the basic formulas so they are missing vital nutrients and minerals. I have asked multiple times to either place a custom order or have them order it in. I also left a message for the owner... no response. A few months ago they had a 5 lb tube of raw with no price marked. I asked how much and they told me they couldnt sell it because they didnt know how much it was. I went in today and its still there, but they still cant sell it. I will not be back; Ill spend my money elsewhere.

the go pet go in Liberty MO is wonderful. Very knowledgeable staff both about pets and about products for them. Their grooming services are outstanding and reasonably priced. Weve used their U-Wash puppy several times and its well worth the cost to not have that mess in our home and they provide all the wash products. And we cant say enough good things about their grooming services and the staff-our dog hates to have her nails cut and has even been blackballed by other groomers because she goes nuts when they try to clip her nails but the folks at go pet go had her in and out in 10 minutes without any fuss-no barking, fighting, nipping, nothing. It was amazing. We were so impressed we tipped the groomer as much as the store charged for the service-a 100% tip because shes just that good! This is the only place well take our pets now. Give them a try-you wont be disappointed

I brought my cat, Oscar, in to have a huge mat shaved off. I had just recently adopted him and the mat was so tightly attached there was no way I could have done it on my own. The groomer was awesome. Oscar was calm and did not seem irritated when he came back to me. She was fast and definitely affordable. She also did a fabulous job with the shave. I cannot even tell where she did it because she didnt shave a huge portion just what was needed. I will definitely be going back!

Highly recommend - extremely knowledgeable staff, superb selection of foods & treats. Went above/beyond to help with the most finicky dog ever, provided samples to try with her in hopes of finding something to her liking. And SUCCESS - finally found nutritious food she actually will eat more than once! My sincere thanks to the manager and store for exceptional customer service and satisfaction. If you love your pets you must try this place!!!

Alexis has been exceptionally helpful this week in caring for our goldendoodle puppy. Through his many "indiscretions", he did a number on his tummy. She was kind, patient and super knowledgeable in helping us find a food and supplement which set him on the track to better health. She truly took the time to help and offered several options, as well as explanations to his situation. Thank you Alexis!

We took our doodle in today and had him groomed. He was groomed by Shirley who right off the bat didnt seem too excited to see us. As we waited to pay I got a quick glance at his file. In capital letter P.I.T.A!! was written. I didnt question it there, but asked how he was. I was told he was sensitive around his legs, but that was it. He looks good, but will not have Shirley groom our dog again!

Staff was rude and accused my wife of grooming one our poodles during bathing and drying simply because she used a brush. She was also informed there was now a thirty minute time limit for U-wash and grooming was not permitted. I have spent a considerable amount of money at this establishment and do not appreciate having my wife treated in this manner. I will be taking our business elsewhere.

Employee parks on side walk, not a little but whole Car. I asked whos Car and she says she was unloading food and does not have to move it. 3 empty parking places in front of store. I told her she was breaking the law. She comes back with I will not sale you the dog food and do not come back. Ok my $150 a month will go somewhere else.

Was very disappointed this visit. I Took him in to be groomed and they shaved him. The groomer said he had mats that was the only thing she could do. He had a few small ones on his belly. She shaved his legs. His eye brows are uneven and the worst he didnt even get a bath. He smells the same as when we took him in. I am very upset!!

Was not pleased with the haircut and general attitude of the groomer. How hard is it to cut the laziest/friendliest dog on the planets hair the right way?? There are giant chunks that have been missed and the hair cut looks like a 10 year old did it!! After I take him in for the free fix I will not be coming back to this store.

Awesome products and knowledgeable staff! We have had our dog groomed here once, and stop frequently for treats. The staff is always friendly to our dog and gives her extra treats. Their prices are a little steep for buying dog food regularly, however, their treats and grooming services are reasonably priced.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the attention and care that Shirley gave to our Golden doodle. Our previous experience elsewhere (that isnt so smart!) definitely didnt know what they were doing in concern to grooming. Very happy with our quality of service at Go Pet Go! Will return regularly!

Weve used Go Pet Go in Liberty to get both of our dogs groomed for the past 3 years. Weve always had a great experience with the grooming and the people that work there. They make our dogs feel comfortable and they have a great selection of treats that they enjoy. Keep up the great work!

Great pet store! Excellent dog food selection and affordable grooming services! We have had Shirley groom our 3 year old cockapoo for 2 years now. She is always tender and caring and does an excellent job trimming as requested. I trust Shirley to care for and groom our dog.

Shirley is the nicest groomer in Missouri. She completely gets how to do poodles and their owners. I am totally in love with go pet go. Prices are half of the other pet stores that groom. Now the secret is out!! I hug Shirley after every grooming and leave large tips for her.

We have a new place for trauma free nail trimming !! So much easier than the vet. The staff are SO nice and helpful. They also have great products that are recall free !!Open 7 days a week, VERY convenient. LOVE this place.
