Lord have mercy if this place is still open. Friend of mine bought a pet bird from here, two weeks later it had died from unknown causes, we had assumed it was sick, especially since it didnt seem or act very healthy from its course of life in its new home. Naturally, wed bring the bird in question back and ask for a refund/replacement. The woman working there had a very bad attitude and lifted the birds lifeless head up a few times with a matter-of-fact tone told my friend, "See this, the birds neck is broken, it probably freaked out and broke its neck in the cage bars!" 1. A proper cage, that my friend indeed have, would suggest the bird doing so completely impossible. Birds Ive kept can only slip their talons and beaks through the bars. 2. There wouldnt be nearly enough leverage for a bird to break its own neck on bird cage bars. 3. Ive seen frustrated birds pluck their own feathers from their own backs. Their necks are pretty flexible, and telling anyone that a bird is capable breaking ones neck from simply "freaking out" is so laughably impossible that they might as well have told me that they thought I was an idiot to my face. 4. Until rigor mortis sets in, of course a birds lifeless body would be floppy and limp. After death, it sets in about 6-12 hours, so it was recently deceased when brought in. The owner was quite frustrated at the accusations and the request of a refund that, in a very unfriendly manner, offered the "best" alternative. The offer was a new bird for 50% off. Fantastic, because we wanted a totally new, sick, and uncared for animal from such a neglectful store. Needless to say, we were quite dissatisfied and refused the offer. My friend later sought consultation from other individuals experienced with birds. In a way of words, the owner was "full of it" and trying to earn an extra buck. If youre considering to shop there, Id reconsider. I know many people disagree with how big chain companies treat their animals, but its far better than Middle Earth and they wont hesitate to give you a refund/replacement. Or you can ignore me and what others have to say, and check for yourself. Nothing quite like "seeing for yourself."

Brought 4 baby bunnies to be sold on consignment, I was asking 5.00 each per bunny, they had them for 2 months, never once calling me to tell me when they sold. I called numerous times, talked to her once and she said that she sold 2 and I could pic0k up my money when she sold the other 2. She never once attempted to contact me, Today I stopped by to see if they had sold, as I had tried to call numerous times with no response at all. Walked in and asked about the bunnies, she stated that she sold 3 and had to give away the 4th one because it got to big, then stated that she would give me the 15.00 for the three and that was it, so I asked what about the 4th one, she said she gave it away so I wasnt to get paid for it. I told her it would have been nice if she would have let me know so that I could of came and picked it up, she stated that she tried to call me but I never answered. which was a flat out lie, she never attempted to call me at all while the bunnies were at her store, I stated that I would take my business elsewhere, she then replied very snobby as if I had caught her in a lie stating " The rabbit was getting bigger and pissing all of the place, I was tired of dealing with it, and you never came and got it" again she never called me, and I made sure that she knew giving away an animal that is legally not hers is NOT okay by any means, I highly doubt that she gave it away, she is very money hungry and the animal probably died of lack of care by her previous statement, that she was tired of dealing with a rabbit that pissed everywhere.... ummmm its an animal.. thats what animals do.... The care the animals get at the shop is nothing more then cruelty and neglect, She doesnt care about her customers, animals etc just the money that she will be making on the animals. If you have animals to sell... take them somewhere else. They will not receive the care the need. This place needs shut down, and soon before more people get ripped off. DO NOT BUY FROM OR CONSIGN TO THE SHOP! VERY SKETCHY HAPPENINGS.

I hate doing review like this.... well as soon as I walked in it was very depressing. The puppies seemed very sad and anytime I went to pet one that was sleeping or nudge them they didnt move much and seemed very lifeless even though they were breathing. They did not have access to any water. The birds seemed to be very sickly as well. There were guinea pigs that were in a old bird cage with wire bottoms... THATS NOT GOOD FOR THEM!! And there was a gecko who was in a very inappropriate enclosure he was on a substrate of what looked like aquarium rocks (he could swallow), he did not have a water dish in his enclosure and not to mention it was a 12x12x18.. 11 gallon enclosure. His size it should be a good 20 gallon or more. Im not sure if he was a fat tailed gecko or leopard but if he was a leopard he had a uvb light on him and only one hide they need at least 3 one humidity hide, one on the warm sized of the terrarium and one on the cooler sized with no uvb light, its bad for them an on some type of substrate that he couldnt swallow or if he did it was digestible. If he was a fat tailed gecko same goes for the the size, substrate, water bowl, heating but unlike leopard geckos, fat tailed geckos need one hide on the cooler and one on the warmer and a humidity hide and to be misted a few times a dy to ensure the enclosure itself stays anywhere between 40%-70% humid.... PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE AND PLEASE DONT TAKE ADVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE THERE ANIMALS ARE NOT IN THERE PROPER ENCLOURES AND ARE NOT HEALTHY! PLEASE LOOK INTO WHAT THE ANIMAL NEEDS BEFORE BUYING OR ADOPTING THEM! These people need to be shut down or someone needs to take over who knows what they are doing!

Sold puppies there once and i will never do it again. A few of my puppies they actually called me to come pick up cause they were dieing..Uhuh dieing alright from being covered in their own feces with no food or water.Very dehydrated as well as starved. Many other puppies in the same store also looked very poor and some was even vomiting. And not one of their cages had food or fresh water in them. Also back to the me selling puppies part i sold her a mix breed set of pups and i told her what 2 dominate breeds there were and the next time i came in they were registered as shih Tzu ( which they had none in them) and Poodle (again they had no poodle in them they were just curly) so not only was she blantly lying about what breeds the puppies were, she (or her employs ( although shouldnt she still watch the puppies) eithor way) was also not feeding them adequate amounts of food (and from the looks of them the better statement is if she was even feeding them) and very little water (again even if she (or her empoys) even watered them)..i highly HIGHLY suggest that you buy no puppies from them for you do not know AT ALL what they are as well as that you SELL NO PUPPIES to them i thought it was kinda strange why she had no puppies in her ENTIRE store and now i know why ,because everyone else knew how she took care of her puppies.I just feel sad for that other litter of puppies in there who also looking very poorly as well as vomiting and stumbling around. For my pups i may have caught it in time but for the others i fear that its too late...
