Our family was traveling and we needed crickets for our barking tree frog. Using Google, this was the closest pet store that showed up that should carry stuff we needed. The reviews we read made us nervous but we really needed crickets so we stopped. The lady running the store was very kind and the shop was very clean. We were a bit surprised considering the reviews. She informed us that she had just recently bought the store and took over. She did not have crickets yet but she gave us informantion for another local place that did. If you are a local or traveller needing something, please dont let the older reviews scare you away. The previous owner is no longer involved with the store and we hope that the new owner will be granted the opportunity to pave a new path for this store. Actual good pet shops that arent chains (petsmart, pet co, etc) are difficult enough to come by.

Like the comment below, giving this place even one star is undue credit. From the moment you walk in the door, the stench of old urine is overwhelming. The owner is rude and a crook. I purchased a ball python from them. It died two days later. I brought it back in and politely requested a refund or exchange. He gave me another snake for 1/2 off (even with the 50% off, it was still too expensive). The second snake developed a horrible eye infection three days later and died. I took it to a vet, and she told me that it was sick to begin with. The man and woman there no nothing about animals. They dont see living creatures. They simply see dollar signs. If you shop here, youre endorsing animal neglect and cruelty. Thats all there is to it.

I have gotten the best gerbils rats and hamsters not only very healthy but had the best dispositions. My boy rats are so sweet. I have also used the groomer she is amazing and Ive gotten a puppy and a pair of doves from them as well. All amazing healthy animals Ive been going their for years and I have bought a hamster from petco it died from wet tail disease after the two week take back and I also bought a corn snake from petco died in three weeks so I will never go anywhere else but world wide pets he guarantees and also Ive never had sick animals from there.fixing to get some guinea pigs around Christmas for my girls he has some beautiful ones and they havea huge play area in back he doesnt keep them in aaquarium all day.

I only gave one star because i had to. This place is horrible and should be shut down. The stench of urine assaults you as soon as you enter and it is beyond filthy, cobwebs everywhere and seriously not one clean tank or cage in the entire place. The worst part is seeing the animals being confined in wooden boxes in their own waste, no fresh water or fresh air and rotten food. These people have no clue what they are doing or worse they dont care. Their Facebook page is so completely misleading.

Its a run down dirty pet store first of all but it was cool to see the things that he does have. It had a few birds, some fish, 4 baby bunnies, 4 tortoises (which was really cool), some snakes and lizards, and probably hundreds of guinea pigs that he probably is breeding to feed the alligator he has in about a 12x5 ft pen inside the store in the back. It could be a really nice store if it was cleaned up some.

I am buying a bird for world wide pet store and they are very nice and I would tell everyone to go there to get a pet and the owner is a very nice man and he care a lot about the animals.

Healthy fish, didnt die in a day like Walmart fish, came with some floating plants that also survived in my tank.
