I am starting a business and went here to get some work done and had a wonderful experience with the salesmen, However the design side of things did not go as planned it has been over a week and I have heard nothing from them. I was told 2-3 days and I would have my proofs, I called the salesmen and he told me to email the design guy and figure out what was going on???? So I did never heard anything back. What a waste of a potential business relationship. I hope Allegra can learn how to better serve their customers maybe they will have more then.

Fantastic every time! I own an auto detail shop and have used this company for many projects. The most recent was updating my menu boards and they truly exceed my expectations. Butch was great to work with, and Tony in design is the best in the industry. Fast turn around on my project, and they give the personal touch that I guarantee you just wont find elsewhere. Quick replies, courteous, time sensitive and they bend over backwards to try new things. Really appreciate things being picked up courier without extra charges to invoice - makes it very very easy to see proofs, get stock picked up, etc. Dave/account rep and Tony/graphics have been GREAT to work with - always trying new things and suggesting better cost savings more efficient options.
