Dont even bother giving this store any of your money. Customer service is RUDE,. They send packages back and they threaten to not receive your packages. We wont be renewing our PO box. Place is horrible to get into if your disabled. If you go do not deal with the owner Ann Now that the owner has seen this review, she is now saying she will return all mail. So she will be reported to general postal service and the attorney generals office. I dont know who this women Ann, thinks she is but all actions have ramifications. We are closing our box, which we have had for over 3 years and our business friends said they are closing theirs also. Maybe loss of money will teach this woman Ann, some basic customer service. I dont give her long to be the owner, she will run it into the ground with her nasty, vindictive behavior. Hope you like this review

The woman who was working was very efficient and kind so Id say she rated 5 stars. My complaint is with the cheapskate owner of this store who has a policy of charging to tape my box shut. I buy over $500 worth of merchandise a month from Amazon and typically when I take a box into a UPS store I keep it open to verify the required return sheet is inside and that the merchandise I claim I am returning is actually IN the box. Today they actually told me the new ownership has a policy to charge me for a strip of tape ($1.00)! It isnt the money as much as the greedy mentality here that annoyed me. I plan on passing this info on to Amazon.

I am sorry but I did get here 5 minutes before closing, with a return and the lady who was working pretended the number I had was wrong making me have to call it in (when she should have called according to the lady I talked to). Kicking us out at 7 minutes after they closed. As I walked outside the company got on the phone and confirmed the code was right. As I was still talking to the company, they informed me how it works if the code would have been wrong, the lady could have called, but she left like it was nothing. Very bad customer service.

Excellent customer service! Ive had two separate people help me at this store and both times have been really impressive. Ann took 30 minutes of her time to help me wrap and box up my package ensuring that all were not going to get broken during shipment. Matt was also someone that helped me at this store and he was extremely positive and helpful - I got everything I needed in a matter of minutes and was impressed with the level of customer service. This will be my new go-to store location!

In addition to their shipping services, I am extremely pleased with their printing operation and the quality of service and products they produce. Shady establishment. Refused to give me my package they held for 3 hours if I didnt pay them. I already paid $30 to ship it, never agreed to pay additional fees for them to not deliver it. They make their money illegally, have zero customer service, recommend avoiding at all cost.
