Not the best, but not the worse. Could be better. Staff is average...sometimes very prompt and aware. Other times, they glance and ignore you. Not sure why but rates (at Fed Ex) always seems to be quite a bit higher than UPS and USPS. Once shipped a pillow here and it was $60...

Horrible experience! Didnt follow the instructions that I indicated in my special instructions and then gave me attitude about it! It caused me to wait additional time that I didnt have. They didnt apologize and the supervisor just smirked when I was upset about it.
