Several things came together just right to make my visit here a complete pain in the butt. I want to say right off that the service of the employees were not a problem. On 1 of my visits the computer they were using to put my information in for my letter locked up and they had to move to another computer and copy the information over. It sounds like this happens all the time. Given I had already had to wait behind Slowly McSlowpoke (I wish there would have been an extra employee on to help me) to figure out how she wanted to ship her package, I was here far too long. At another visit I found out how little parking they have at this location. The coffee shop next door and the wing shop 200 feet away eat up most of the parking that is for FedEx. I did laps in the parking lot for about 10 minutes before something opened up about 100 ft away from the store. That would not have been terrible had it not been pouring rain at the time. Again the employees were nice enough, but I found too many things irritating for anything better than a 2 star rating.

The people are ok however I have asked for three years to turn the front doors around to make it easier to get in with packages. I keep hearing it will be done but nothing ever happens. The doors are too narrow and swing out instead of in. Left over from Kinkos days. The handicap parking places in front are MUCH narrower than any other parking places in the entire lot. Why? They also need a bigger cart for hauling a lot of packages inside. If and when they ever fix the front doors, how about making them handicap doors? With all the money Fed Ex makes, youd think they would make their stores a little more user friendly. I wish I had someplace else to go. I do spend most of my companies shipping money with USPS. The post office in Rosemount has the same screwed up door problem as well.

Disappointing! I spent over ten hours making my daughters senior poster. I paid Kinkos $22.50 to laminate it, which of course, they couldnt do without a work request (even though it only takes about 50 seconds to run it through the machine). Two hours later when I drove all the way back to pick up the laminated poster, it was wrinkled with peeling edges and air bubbles in it. It looked just terrible. I mentioned my concern, and the assistant manger just replied, "yeah, sometimes that happens." I do not recommend using AV Kinkos for laminating anything important.

Disappointing!! they told me that they could print my wedding invites a month ago, and that all i had to do was have the template and what color i wanted on a flash drive/ SD card. so we went back to day with everything and the ladies there, were rude and unhelpful. and they said that they could not print them because they only had powder ink not jet ink. they also said the only way we could get my invites printed was to print them at home. I would LOVE to thank OFFICE MAX for the fantastic job they did for half the price.

Ive stopped in here a number of times for many different services. Always clean and efficient. Today I just needed to print some copies of email attachments. Helpful staff and they gave me options. I would rate it five stars if only their WIFI was secured! I tried to connect my chromebook to send an email and got the warning that the connection is http not https. Next time Im in will check again and change to five stars if this is addressed.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this Fed Ex Office location. I have been to many other ones and had not-so-good customer service, but I am always greeted warmly when going to the Apple Valley location. They have gone above and beyond in terms of meeting my needs for printing and packaging things up. I will be moving 20 miles away from this location soon and I am honestly sad to have to go to another one.

Used Fedex Office online today to print out test wedding invites on the different options for cardstock. I received a call in the morning that my order was complete earlier than requested. Jim was very friendly and had noticed what I was trying to do. He went out of his way to label each type of paper to help me know which was which. Definitely will return to this location!

Worst customer service ever. One particular "know it all" staff member insisted on interjecting into each and every transaction being handled by other staff members. Playing "FedEx police officer" he floated from customer to customer adding useless information/rules all the time making the other staff look foolish. Save your time and go to a different FedEx location...

Horrible customer experience. Tried to print something after uploading it to their website. Not only did the attendant not know about using uploaded documents, she said that FedEx doesnt have or use a website. This was after waiting around for 30mins till the attendant came to the counter to help us. Plenty of other options, do not go here!!

Recommend not going through this store. Used my own tape and filler and told it wasnt good enough to ship by Fedex standards. Interestingly enough fedex shipped it to me without any filler. Headed to another store. And will do my best to only give business to ups and dhl.

Poor Experience plain and simple. Walk in to ship a package and they look at me as I stand at the counter waiting to ship a package. I finally just fill out a form only to find out another form must be used for my shipment. Disappointed in service Ill bring my money to USPS.

The service is lazy and slow and half of the answers that came out of the managers month were I dont know. All that were working were moving so slowly, It had to be intentional. It shouldnt take anyone 3mins to put a sticker on a box.

Horrible customer service. I dont know if the person "helping" me gets paid much but he couldnt open his mouth to say hi let alone assist me. Attitude goes a long way. I will not be going back. Ill drive out of my way to go elsewhere.

With the automated system, it is absolutely impossible to get through to a person. It just hangs up on you! In the 20+ experiences Ive had with this kinkos, I have yet to have a good one.
