Our company has had a terrible experience with the Richmond, VA office. We live by the "third times a charm" motto so far. The third phone number we were given helped us order ink and paper, the third order of binder sets came in correctly, and the third order of architectural drawings came in at all the same size. The company has always been friendly, but it shouldnt take 3 times to print items correctly or 3 times to order printing supplies if your specialty is in printing.

At 4:30pm on a Monday, a few people went above and beyond to get 2 posters printed for me that I needed for an event that night. I truly appreciate them willing to help out at the end of the business day like that and the prints looked great! Super friendly and helpful!

Havent been able to get a real person on the phone to take an order for a couple days, now. I left a couple VMs, and no return calls. Not sure how they are in business with customer service like this.

ARC Document Solutions is super fast and efficient! I had to print a bunch of color documents and it was ready on site, better quality, and way cheaper than FedEx.
