Can I leave no stars and a review? I brought my pre-sized image file to this place yesterday. I asked for 10 sheets of 8x11 recycled card stock with my imaged placed 2-up and then cut in half. I was told it is not worth it to print 2-up for this because cost would be the same. My reply simply that I needed 20 total. Then they decided that yes indeed I needed it 2-up. After standing there for about an hour while one person pretended to take in the details for the order, then the second asked me questions pertinent to the order instructions already given to the first person. I finally asked if I could just pay and pick up the prints later in the day. After requesting to pay 3 more times they finally agreed to let me pay for my purchase and the prints. When I got the prints back. They were cut alright. Off center. Each one completely different. The whole drop off process should have taken 10 minutes or less. Too bad I came here instead of anywhere else. Pay premium pricing for prints and cutting. Only to have to re-cut every single page by hand after the fact. Never again will I come to this establishment. I will drive across town in a blizzard before I step foot here again.

I was in the middle of a print job and they kicked me out at 6pm on the dot because they were closed at 6. And the person working there couldnt figure out how to load the paper in the printer so I was waiting for over 15 minutes for them to get paper in the printer. They couldnt even wait 1 more minute for me to print 5 pages. Zero stars.

The Customer Service and Marketing Support is superb. The bargains on merchandise on occasion are spectacular. I dont know what I would have done without this particular location of FedEx/Kinkos w/ the especially talented team, it is like having my own marketing dept. in what they have been able to do for my small business!

Awful. Needed something quick and in a hurry so I went here. Employees were talking to eachother for about 10 minutes complaining about how bad other employees are at customer service while Im waiting to be helped. Couldnt even print an 8.5x11 on card stock?

You really do feel like you are inconveniencing the staff there by showing up. They cannot answer really simple printing questions. I will use the UPS store on France from now on. it is smaller, but friendlier.
