Im filing a complaint with the UPS corporate office. This particular UPS store (the Brooklyn Center location) has twice overcharged for packing materials. Once with small packing boxes - I was charged twice the going rate even after we questioned the pricing - and just yesterday I was charged $45 for a five pound box of wrapping paper. When I brought it home I checked out an empty box I had purchased at the same location a few years back and the pricing was $16.97 for 10 pounds. I returned the box of paper this morning and was helped by a lovely woman that was fixed the problem for me and returned the charges to my credit card. I then went to U-Haul where they sell a 10 pound box of wrapping paper for $9.99. I wish I could choose no stars. Check your receipts.

I have two daughters that compete for daddys affection and the younger old feels as if I favor the older, so on the 7th I sent two autographed portraits of "You are what you eat, The Bible, by Lester; $126.18 total for two different addresses in Kansas City, supposedly separately. Well to my surprise and now dismay the baby girl got both; Its been total hell since. You would think if you got separate shipping labels, that clearly state 1 of 1 for each all other charges are doubled, addresses are clearly different, someone at this UPS Store would have caught the mistake. Now I find out that our local UPS Store is a franchise, and not a very good one at that. PLEASE REFUND MY CHARGE FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED!!!!!

What can I say? I walked in with a DishNet return in the original box but still needed to attach the shipping label and tape up the box and all that. The nice guy at the cashier told me to hand everything over and hed take care of it. He printed my receipt and taped the box finally said I was good to go. He even printed the receipt for me to track the package in case DishNet lost the package. What a service, I haven’t had this service any UPS store! Must be a good friendly staff hired by owners.

I contacted this store after being given their number by a local charity organization. I needed an item picked up and sent to me from this charity. I was given a reasonable quote to pick up, pack and ship the item. However, when it actually came down to picking up and shipping the item, the quote doubled! Pick up went from $5 to $25 and shipping went from $27.83 to $50. Do yourself a favor and use PakMail. At least they stand by their quotes and they are cheaper after this store raises theirs.

The owner and staff always greet their customers with a smile. They go above and beyond to help me with all of my business needs and identify ways to save money doing it. When I am in a pinch and need quick turn around they have always come through for me! I really enjoy doing business with them, they have provided excellent customer service year after year!

Ive always had good and pleasant service from this store. I think the key is that it is a franchise store and the owner works there. Re price of supplies/Deborah105 I can only say "Grow up." If you dont like the price, dont buy the product. There is no law that says a store must comparison shop your desired product because you have not done so.

This store is really a Great place to do business and the employees are great but as for the owner she is very unpleasant to do any business with, and if shed take some pointers on customer service from her employees, this would be a 5 star location and my review comes after multiple problems with only her!

I recently had to ship a fragile poster to New York. I just learned that it arrived in pristine condition, and at half the cost I expected. I have been going to the UPS Store in Brooklyn Center for more than 5 years now for various needs, and in every way they meet and often exceed my expectations.

I went in to make fliers for my show coming up and the staff was helpful throught the entire process and up front with cost. The entire staff was working hard and at a fast rate. I highly recommend this location for people in the area.
