I wanted to tell you about 1 of your great employees, her name is Pat. I was in about 3 weeks ago with a bridal shower project that I wasnt sure about. I talk to Pat and took the time to help me and she came up with the best idea, lets just say project ending up being the hit of the shower. was in again today with yet another wedding question and she again took the time to show me what I needed to do. I just wanted you to know what a great employee you have. I ask to talk to the manager (I cant remember however I think his name was Doug) he also was very very nice to talk to, he made happy that I took the time to tell him about his employee. I would also like to tell you about Makalya, My daughter and I were shopping for fabric for a project and we ask Makalya a question and she was so helpful with ideas and types of fabric. 3 weeks later I went in for the same project and she remember me and the project and just joined in to help me again. Please make sure you tell them what a great job they are doing.Thanks Pam

JoAnns is the only place in town that understands how to funnel customers into the checkout, but check out lines are always looooong. Today, there were 12, yes 12! people ahead of me in line. Papercrafting selection is average. I have set things down and walked out MANY times just because the line is so long.

Went here to buy a frame holder and needed to know prices. We walked up to the counter to have the person behind the counter check prices, she looked right at us, said nothing and walked away. Thanks for zero service/acknowledgement. I will shop elsewhere from now on

Only place that carries what I was looking for. They did look like they are closing. Floors seemed dank and dirty. Store was rather dark and very quiet.
