ALL OF MY DEALINGS WITH DES MOINES STORE HAVE BEE VERY GOOD UNTILL TO DAY WHEN SOME OVER EDUCATED PERSON IN A HIGHT POSITION IN THE CO COME UP WITH THE BRIGHT IDEA LETS MAKE EVERY ONE ORDER ON LINE, HEY FELLS US OLD PEOPLE DONT LIKE TO USE THE INTERNET THAT MUCH. YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE A LOT OF BUSSNESSY,, SOMEBODY SHOULD GET THERE HEAD OUT OF THER BUTT. SINCERLEY GARY ZUMACH A CUSTMOR FOR 40 YRS. I CANT BELEIVE SOME PEOPLE THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO KNOW IT ALL .

Never had a bad experience in this store. The two gals working the front even graciously put up with my Father (who thinks hes funny... the kind of guy who when something doesnt scan goes "Oh it must be free) and they always help me find just what I need as well as the staff is always crazy knowledgeable. Just wish they were closer to my Iowa City!
