Very unfriendly staff, if you are looking for something better not waste your time asking someone because you wont get any help anyways. Employees do not have information about products. Employees dont know what a $2 dollars grab bag is???? Seems like they are just there because they have to and not because they even like their job. Probably getting a little more motivation, like better pay and bonus would help!

This is probably the worst Michaels I have ever visited. Understaffed, and very little selection. I have been inside three or four times to find things because it is close to my house, but can never find what I need even after I finally locate a store associate to help me. I will be making the longer, yet successful trip to Hobby Lobby from now on.

I always feel like Im getting ripped off here. The prices exist only for people like me who rarely shop here. Anybody that knows what their doing or is a regular is probably packing a 50% coupon. That being said I was in there the other day and the staff was very helpful, I was able to find everything I needed and get out fast

I kindly was just hurrying to get my stuff I needed. It was 15 minutes until close. I was checking out because I know what its like to work and have someone come in minutes before close. Then reclean everything. I know trust me. But they were not very friendly about it like they should be. Specifically this girl named Lois.

Seems like every time I need to pick something up here, the prices are higher. If you have a coupon it would be a good deal, but never seem to have one when I stop by. They need to install more cashier stations, it always seems slow at the check out.
